Executive Committee

Chairperson 
Ms. Keboitse Machangana 
Ms. Machangana has been with the Coalition since it's inception 7 years ago. She has her Masters in Administration and a BA in Humanities. Currently she is the Executive Director of Emang Basadi, Women's Association.  She is involved in the Coalition because of her commitment to women's human rights and the collective advocacy the Coalition provides when dealing and advocating for women's human rights.
Vice-Chairperson
Prof. Sheila Dimotshe Tlou
Prof. Tlou has been a part of the Coalition Executive Committee since it's inception, the last 7 years.  Currently, she is the Director of the University HIV/AIDS Coordinating Center and a professor at the University of Botswana.  Prof. Tlou consideres herself to be a "gender and health" activitist. This is one reason she became involved in the Coalition. She says that the WNGOC "deals with all aspects of women's physical, social and mental wellbeing, and that is what health is all about". She feels  the Coalition is a holistic organisation.
Treasurer
Ms. F. Sefanyetso
Ms. Flora A.M.  Sefanyetso, an Accountant by profession became involved with the Women's NGO Coalition because she has women's issues at heart and the desire to network with other women's organizations.  Ms. Sefanyetso is presently the Secretary of the Botswana Federation of Trade Union - Women's Council which is also affiliated to the Coalition.  In addition to her being the Treasurer of the Women's NGO Coalition and an Accountant with the Botswana Housing Corporation, Ms. Sefanyetso is also actively involved in the Corporation's Staff Union.  She is an executive member of the Union and also Chairlady of the Women's Committee of the Staff Union.  Lastly, but not least Ms. Flora Sefanyetso is a proud mother.

Ms. L. Pilane
Ms. Lerato Pilane has become involved with the Women's NGO Coalition in her capacity as Coordinator of the Education & Training Sector with Worldview Botswana.  Worldview Botswana deals with Media, Gender and Development.  Ms. Pilane holds a Batchelor's Degree in the Social Sciences in the area of Sociology and Public Administration. Lerato has worked as Information Officer for Emang Basadi  Women's Association.  She is presently coordinating the Development Programme for Worldview Botswana.  Lerato Pilane also possesses skills in  Research, Gender and Development and Community Mobilization.

Ms. V. Masenya
Ms. Vicky F. Masenya has been a part of the Women's NGO Coalition for over one year. She is presently the Manager of Barclays Bank - Risk Management.  Ms. Masenya has been an active member of various associations and held responsible positions. She has been a founder member of Women's Finance House, Botswana, former executive member of the Business & Professional women's Association and member of the Gaborone Music Society.  She represents Women's Finance House, Botswana on the Coalition's Board.  Her personal involvement in the Coalition has resulted from her belief in the Coalition's stance and her desire to participate in the process that aims to attain women's empowerment.
